AquaHacking is a startup competition and mentorship program designed to spark tech and business development addressing environmental problems related to fresh water.

Between January and October, 2020, we’re challenging students and early career professionals from across the Prairies to team up and develop innovative solutions to improve the health of Lake Winnipeg.

With $50,000 in cash prizes and local incubator space up for grabs, this is a great opportunity for anyone interested in science, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering, natural resource management and policy, environmental sustainability—or just looking for a fun way to learn new skills, connect with mentors, and make the world a better place!

Join us at The University of Winnipeg AquaHacking Info Session, Thursday, February 13, at 3:30 pm in the RCFE Atrium to learn more.

Register now to compete in the AquaHacking Lake Winnipeg Challenge.
