Spring has officially landed in Winnipeg, and with the arrival of Spring comes the promise of warmer days, blooming flowers, and new beginnings. This year, the Spring Equinox took place on March 19th. As the Earth balances delicately between light and dark, the spring equinox encourages us to shed the dormant energies of winter and embrace the vitality of spring.

Sweep-Off | April 16, 2024

On April 16th, the West End BIZ will hold its 31st annual community spring clean-up in collaboration with General Wolfe School and Isaac Brock School.

A Taste of life: Fundraiser | April 17, 2024

Dine out on April 17th at any participating Taste location, and know proceeds from your purchase will be donated to the care and services provided by Nine Circles Community Health Centre.

New Business Week | April 22-26, 2024

The West End BIZ is running its annual New Business Week campaign from April 22 to 26, 2024. The campaign promotes businesses that have opened in the West End in the previous year and helps introduce them to the community.

Biking – Central Bike Loop

With the wind in your hair and the sun on your face, enjoy a leisure ride along a safe and accessible route connecting the best shopping, dining, and sightseeing destinations our city has to offer. The Central Bike Loop connects the West End, Downtown, The Exchange District, St. Boniface, West Broadway, and Norwood Grove.
