We’ve enjoyed Le Burger Week and La Poutine Week, now it’s time for La Pizza Week. This year, from May 1-14, 2022, make sure to try one—or more—pizzas from our West End restaurants!
La Farina’s “Taste the Pro”

First on the list: La Farina’s “Taste the Pro” is a 10-inch, house-made chicken buffalo pizza crust (flourless, sugar-free, and keto-friendly!) covered in La Farina’s creamy zesty ranch sauce, with slow-cooked shredded roast beef, fresh brown mushrooms, mozzarella, white cheddar cheese curbs, topped with fresh arugula, sour cream, and ‘everything bagel’ seasoning as garnish.

Wall Street Slice’s “Gochu Gang” pizza features Gochujang tomato sauce, Berkshire pulled pork, mozzarella, Korean pickles, kimchi aioli, green onion, and sesame.
Little Nana’s Italian Kitchen’s “Burrata Za”

Little Nana’s “Burrata Za” is a 12-inch pizza, made of hand-stretched dough and topped with marinara, prosciutto, and cooked in a stone pizza oven. It is then garnished with burrata, home-made pesto, and balsamic reduction.
Aladin’s Pizzeria & Shawarma Place’s “Chicken Shawarma Pizza”

Aladin’s “Chicken Shawarma Pizza” features a creamy, garlic tahini sauce as a base and is then topped with chicken shawarma meat, tomatoes, red onions, and Bothwell mozzarella cheese. After baking, the pizza is garnished with a bit of crip iceberg lettuce, pickled turnips, and a drizzle of garlic tahini sauce and chili-hot sauce. Hildegard’s Bakery’s “Bedazzled Basil” pizza features a basil, walnut pesto base, Bothwell mozzarella, Chaeban Artisian ricotta, sun-dried tomato pesto, Zinn Farms Italian sausage, fresh Parmesan, fresh basil, balsamic reduction. This pizza also has a vegetarian and vegan alternative, made with homemade seitan pepperoni and cashew mozzarella and parmesan.
PVG Street Eats’ “PVG’s Pizza Toastie”

It features thick slices of fergasa bread (cheddar & onions are baked inside) from Gunn’s Bakery, is grilled in garlic & herb butter, loaded with gooey mozzarella & Berkshire pepperoni inside. It is grilled to perfection with an extra layer of pepperoni & mozzarella seared into the top of the sandwich. It comes with a side of homemade, sweet marinara sauce for dipping.
